White Beans
White beans are a popular ingredient in Mediterranean cooking. They are often used in nourishing, warm dishes, e.g. with tomato sauce, or in light summery salads, and of course in antipasti.
Preparation:
Soak the 300 g Seeberger white beans overnight in 1?1 1/2 l water. Then cook in the soaking water. Cooking time 1?1 1/2 hours, in a pressure cooker 12?15 minutes.
