Unripe Spelt Coarsely Ground
Green spelt, i.e. the spelt grain harvested early before it has ripened, is now a popular meat substitute especially in vegetarian cooking.
However, green spelt has long been valued as a nourishing ingredient in soups and stews.
Preparation:
250 g green spelt, 3/4 l of stock. Bring green spelt and stock to the boil, turn of the heat and allow to swell with the lid on for 15 to 20 minutes.

Notes:
Contains gluten (from wheat).
May contain traces of sesame.
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Once opened please store in a cool and dry place.
