Millet is one of the oldest varieties of grain and was a common food staple in Germany before the potato was introduced.
It is currently enjoying its comeback as a healthy ingredient in creative cooking. The gluten-free grain cooks quickly and can be served as a side dish or salad.
Pour 200 g millet together with 1/2 L hot liquid, bring to the boil and let it swell with closed lid and low heat for about 20 minutes. Do not stir during the cooking time.
May contain traces of nuts and peanuts.
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Once opened please store in a cool and dry place.
