Maizie Grits Fine
Fine maize grits, also better known as polenta, can be enjoyed in many ways, such as a creamy porridge, with added parmesan, or cooled and sliced with various toppings.
This Mediterranean speciality is an essential element in any antipasti buffet!
Preparation:
1 l of water, 1 tsp salt, 250 g Seeberger fine maize grits. Bring water to the boil, add salt. Gently stir maize grits with water and cook it to a thick porridge.
May contain traces of soya.
